The shirt is a souvenir from a bar that used to be open in the town of Marcellus, Michigan called the Tip 'N  Tuck Tavern. The establishment served as a local watering hole off of Main Street in the area. It looks like the bar has closed since the time of this shirt, but other nearby bars like the Drop Anchor Tavern carry on in its absence.
