This sweet raglan concert tee is for the band Van Halen from their 1982 tour. This tour was launched the same year that the group released their fifth studio album, titled Diver Down. During this period of time, Van Halen was touring practically non-stop. In fact they never took longer than two weeks to record an album, and the extensive touring paid off as the group was in high demand. After releasing Diver Down, the band actually set a Guinness World Record for the highest paid single appearance of a band. The group was given $1.5 million to play a 90 minute set at the 1983 US Festival.
Two years after the 1982 Tour, Van Halen would release their most commercially successful album with their original lead singer, David Lee Roth. The album 1984, which was named after the year it debuted, was a major hit that included memorable tracks like "Jump", "Panama", and "Hot for Teacher". The album went five times platinum within a year, and it was the band's first release to be recorded at Eddie Van Halen's 5150 Studios.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is a small hole on the front near the bottom and some faint spots on the back, see pics.
