This awesome  shirt is for the CMJ Metal Marathon from the 80s. The two-sided shirt features a bird's eye view of New York City and shows the twin towers wearing sunglasses with electric guitars. The back says Winterland Productions Metal Express. CMJ is a music event and media company that hosts an all-in-one marathon, which is a combination convention and a music festival that's held each autumn in New York City.

CMJ Holding Corps. was founded in 1978 by Robert Harber as the College Media Journal. It was a bi-weekly trade magazine for college radio programmers. It evolved into the CMJ New Music Report in 1982. The CMJ website would publish top 30 lists and send them to radio stations who subscribed to the service for a few hundred dollars a year. The CMJ Music Marathon was first held in 1980 and continued until 2015.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is deadstock, unworn.
