This awesome vintage rock tee is for the legendary musician Peter Frampton for his Frampton Comes Alive! album from 1976. The album was recorded the previous year primarily at the Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. Prior to its release, Framptom hadn't had much commercial success with his solo work but Framptom Comes Alive! ended up being one of the best-selling live albums in the United States. It featured three hit singles that all reached the Top 15 of the Billboard 100. They included "Show Me the Way", "Baby, I Love Your Way", and "Do You Feel Like We Do".
The album spent ten weeks at the top of the Billboard 200 and was voted the "Album of the Year" in the 1976 Rolling Stone readers poll. Following the album's release Framptom was invited to the White House at the request of President Gerald Ford's son Steven Ford. He then recorded and released his next album I'm In You, which went platinum but didn't have the same overwhelming success as Frampton Comes Alive! After that he starred alongside the Bee Gees in the film Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
Fits like a modern unisex adult small.
