This cool band tee is for the English post-punk band Big Audio Dynamite, which was formed by the former guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the Clash, Mick Jones. This shirt celebrates the band's fourth and final studio album to feature the band's original lineup. The album was released in 1989 by CBS Records and titled Megatop Phoenix, after the mythical regenerating bird. This title was inspired by a near-death experience Jones had thanks to a case of chickenpox and pneumonia. Aside from Jones, members featured on the album included Don Letts, Greg Roberts, Leo Williams, and Dan Donovan.  

The OG lineup wrote and recorded one final song together, "Free" which was featured on the soundtrack to the film Flashback starring Dennis Hopper and Kiefer Sutherland. After that, a new lineup was formed under the name Big Audio Dynamite II. Members of this group consisted of Jones, Nick Hawkins, Gary Stonadge, and Chris Kavanagh.
