This cool vintage concert shirt is for the British singer Paul Young and it commemorates his The Nine Go Mad with Davy Crockett World Tour from 1985. The tour took place the same year that Young's second album was released, The Secret of Association. The album included the hit singles "I'm Gonna Tear Your Playhouse Down" and "Everything Must Change". It also featured the biggest world wide hit of Young's career "Every Time You Go Away", which was a cover of a Hall & Oates song from their album Voices.
Young started his solo career in 1982 after he signed with Columbia Records. His first two singles gained little attention, but Young's third release, a cover of the Marvin Gaye song "Wherever I Lay My Hat" made it to the top of the UK singles chart. His next single "Come Back and Stay" reached number four while a re-release of his previous single "Love of the Common People" made it to the number two spot, partially thanks to its inclusion in the popular John Hughes film Sixteen Candles.
Fits like a modern unisex adult small.
