This cool concert shirt was made for the Marshall Tucker Band, and it comes from a 1981 tour promoting their eleventh studio album, Dedicated. Released a year after his tragic death, this album was dedicated to the memory of the band's founding bassist, Tommy Caldwell, as well as his brother Timmy. The band continued to record and perform together following the tragedy, and have remained active into the 21st century, although many of the original members departed the group by the mid 80s.

The Marshall Tucker band saw their greatest success during the 1970s, when they helped to establish the genre of southern rock. They are best known for songs like "Fire On The Mountain", "Heard It In a Love Song", "Can't You See", and "Ramblin'".  Interestingly, unlike some bands, the group isn't named after a particular member. Marshall Tucker was actually the name of a blind piano tuner, whose name was inscribed on a key to the warehouse where the band used to rehearse. They adopted the name without knowing that it belonged to an actual person.
