This cool vintage shirt features the cover art promoting Henry Rollins' 1998 spoken word album Think Tank. Rollins is best known for fronting the punk band Black Flag and then later the Rollins Band. He has also hosted a number of radio shows and appeared in television shows such as Sons of Anarchy, and films like Johnny Mnemonic and He Never Died. In addition to his acting and music career, Rollins has been involved with various political causes including World Hunger Relief and the promotion of LGBTQ rights.
Think Tank was Rollins' seventh live spoken word album and the first disc was recorded at the House of Blues in Chicago on the day of his 37th birthday. His spoken word performances have reached international audiences and his shows often last for over three hours. During his time on stage, Rollins speaks on his own personal experiences traveling and working in the music industry. He also gives both introspective anecdotes about his own life as well as playful sometimes vulgar stories similar to stand up comedy.
Around the time of Think Tank's recording and release, Rollins was also recording and performing with the Rollins Band which, at the time, consisted of members of the Los Angeles hard rock group Mother Superior. The group released the record Insert Band Here in 1999.
