This cool vintage skate tee was made in the 80s, and although the tag is missing, this shirt has a copyright belonging to the brand Insta-Gator. Insta-Gator was a graphics company that specialized in skate and cycling themed apparel, and they were based out of Los Angeles, an area that's been known to have a thriving skate community.
The shirt has a rad image of a spider shredding on a skateboard beneath the word Creeper. There's a possibility that Creeper could have been the name of a local skateboard manufacturer that partnered with Insta-Gator. During the 80s, the Los Angeles area was a hub for skate shops, and these shops often offered gear from a variety of local west coast manufacturers. Creeper is also a nickname sometimes used to refer to a combo of two skate tricks, a crail slide and a sweeper.
Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is light discoloration throughout, see pics.
