America's Junior Miss dates as far back as the 1920s. Over the years, they've had numerous reincarnations but the one constant was always scholarships for its winners. The 1980s saw many notable happenings within the program, including their first non-Caucasian winner in 1987 (Junior Miss Chuti Tiu); 1986 Junior Miss Debra Messing got a leading role on the TV show Will and Grace; and AJM experimented with a name change, "America's Young Woman of the Year".

Fits like a modern unisex adult small.
