This cool tee is to rep for the Chicago Sting soccer team. The Chicago Sting played in the North American Soccer League, or NASL, from 1974 to 1988. The Chicago Sting are one of only two NASL teams who won the championship twice, along with the New York Cosmos. Featured on this tee is the team's mascot Stanley Sting, while the back of the tee says "I saw the Sting for FREE on channel 60".
The tag says medium but fits like a modern unisex adult small, there is some discoloration around the collar, see pics
