This awesome shirt is a souvenir from the 1983 Harvest Festival Tour. The Harvest Festival is the name of a touring arts and crafts show that has been operating since the 1970s. It's not clear if the event mentioned on this shirt was apart of the craft show's 1983 iteration, but there are records of a Harvest Festival musical event being held that year. A live album titled Live At the Harvest Festival Volume I was recorded and released in 1983. The album featured various bluegrass and American folk music acts such as John Achorn, the South Loomis Quickstep Band, Elmo & Patsy, Ken Davis, Oak Ash & Thorn, Old Mother Logo, and Steve Seskin.
