This sweet vintage rock tee is for the legendary band Led Zeppelin who were active throughout the 1970s. Despite the band's short career, they are one of the most influential rock groups in the history of music with a variety of iconic songs that include "Dazed and Confused", "Whole Lotta Love", "Immigrant Song", "Black Dog", and what many people consider to be the greatest rock song ever written, "Stairway to Heaven".
This shirt is copyright Winterland Productions, the merchandising company created by Bill Graham and Dell Furano. Winterland began selling concert tees at the famous Winterland Ballroom, hence the eventual name of the company. They sold merch for many of the legendary bands that were promoted by Bill Graham in the 1970s, and they were considered the leading merchandising company back in the early days of the concert industry.
The date on the copyright reads 1988, which was the year that the remaining members of Led Zeppelin: Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, and John Paul Jones, reunited to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Atlantic Records. They were joined by John Bonham's son, Jason, who played drums for the group in his father's absence.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. Shirt is faded.
