This awesome tee is from the Hawaii Loa College Sunset Run. This tee was printed by the beloved Hawaii based t-shirt company Poly Tees. Poly Tees were well known from the 70s through the 90s because of their bold style, colors and Hawaiian imagery.

This tee is to commemorate the Hawaii Loa College Sunset Run. Hawaii Loa College was a small liberal arts college that merged in 1992 with Hawaii Pacific University. Not much is still known about this event, though it is safe to assume it took place at dusk around Kaneohe, Hawaii. The college mascot was a mongoose, which are surprisingly common on the islands, since originally being brought over from India.
