This cool cropped t-shirts features an iron on graphic of the Rolling Stones' iconic tongue and lips logo. This logo was created in the early 70s by John Pasche, a student at the Royal College of Art in London. Mick Jagger had seen some of Pasche's work at a show held by the school and approached him for a design commission. Reportedly Jagger suggested the design be based off the tongue of the Hindu goddess Kali.

The graphic is copyright 1978, which is the year the Rolling Stones released the album Some Girls. The band had been on a commercial decline thanks to the rise in popularity of disco music, but this latest release turned their fortunes around. Some Girls was a commercial success that topped the US charts and reached the number two spot in the UK. It was also the first album to feature guitarist Ronnie Wood as a full time member of the band.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This is a half shirt, please check measurements.
