This cool raglan shirt pays tribute to the classic medical show Doogie Howser, M.D. which ran from 1989 to 1993. The series set itself apart from other medical TV shows thanks to its titular character, who was a prodigious teenage doctor portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris. The series opens on Doogie's 16th birthday and it followed the young physician's struggle to balance the responsibilities of his medical practice with his teenage social life. Other main characters included Doogie's best friend Vinnie Delpino, portrayed by Max Casella, and his parents played by James B. Sikking and Belinda Montgomery. Doogie Howser is often considered one of Harris' most iconic roles and fans of the show fondly remember the way each episode ended with Doogie writing in his blog.
