This awesome vintage tee was made to commemorate the San Jose television station KTEH screening the beloved, science fiction series Doctor Who. The PBS member station was only the third local channel in the Bay Area to broadcast the classic show, and the series commenced its run in 1981. During this period, the show starred Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor, alongside Elisabeth Sladen and Ian Marter, who portrayed his companions Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan respectively. This iteration of the Doctor lasted seven consecutive seasons, making Baker's tenure as the Doctor the longest of any actor.

Doctor Who was first broadcast by the BBC all the way back in 1963, and over time the show has grown a steady and incredibly dedicated following. The original series ran from the 60s all the way to 1989. It was later relaunched in 2005, and its popularity also spawned multiple spin-off series, including one starring Sladen's character, titled The Sarah Jane Adventures.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is very soft and thin, and there's some discoloration in the underarms, see pics.
