This awesome acid washed concert tee has double-sided graphics that commemorate Van Halen's Balance Tour, which ran from 1995 to 1996. The tour was launched to promote their tenth studio album of the same name. This was the final album released by the group with Sammy Hagar on lead vocals. Hagar was asked to step in to replace founding vocalist, David Lee Roth, who departed the band to pursue a solo career in 1985. Hagar helped the band to produce four chart-topping platinum albums, including Balance in 1995. Some popular singles off the album included "Don't Tell Me (What Love Can Do)", "Can't Stop Loving You", and "Amsterdam".

The Balance Tour was actually retroactively renamed the Ambulance Tour after its launch. This was because Eddie Van Halen was experiencing hip troubles at the time, while his brother Alex was forced to wear a neck brace. Two concerts from the tour were recorded and aired as a special pay-per-view event. There were later talks about releasing the recordings on DVD, and while this never came to fruition a lot of the footage is still available to watch online.
