This particular sweatshirt commemorates the National Youth Science Camp, and it hails from the time period that the program was first developed. Initially the NYSCamp was intended to be a one time event, designed to help celebrate the centennial of West Virginia. Since then it has become a prestigious annual program that invites two high-achieving graduates from each state to participate.
