This sweet vintage shirt is a football jersey from all the way back in the 1960s. The bright red shirt includes padding around the elbows and it reps the number 69 on both the front and the back. This jersey was made by the Russell Southern Company, and it hails from an era when Russell was dominating the sportswear industry. By 1962 Russell had become the largest manufacturer of athletic apparel in the US, and by the following decade they had extended their production to both Latin America and Scotland.
