This awesome shirt is a 70s original from the surf wear brand Hang Ten. The shirt features the company's iconic bare feet logo embroidered on the chest, and it also has a colorful horizontal striped design. Hang Ten was the creation of Duke Boyd, who also went on to create another notable surf wear company called Golden Breed.

Boyd was a California surfer, who teamed up with seamstress Doris Moore, to create an apparel brand that catered specifically to the unique needs of surfers. Together they developed the Hang Ten board shorts, which took off amidst the Golden Age of surfing in the 60s. From there the company quickly developed into one of the most notable surf wear brands of the era.

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. The fabric in the underarms is stiff and worn, and there is a small hole on the front, see pics.
