This awesome racing tee celebrates the 22nd Annual US Nationals that was held in 1976. Since the 60s, this NHRA-sanctioned drag racing event has been held at the Indianapolis Raceway Park, where it draws a massive and enthusiastic crowd. Considered to be the one of the most prestigious drag racing competitions in the world, the event originally featured three professional classes with racers competing in the top fuel, funny car, and pro stock categories.

That year Richard Tharp took the top fuel title, while Gary Burgin placed first in the funny car category, and Wally Booth won for pro stock. This was the first US Nationals victory for all three racers, who beat out more established names like Don Prudhomme, Gary Beck, and Bob Glidden.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is a spot on the back and some wear on the left shoulder when wearing, see pics.
