This red and white v-neck shirt is from Sequoyah Elementary School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The sleeve cuffs and collar are white and there are white stripes on the shoulders. On the back, it says "Sequoyah". 

Tag says medium, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult extra small.

There are small spots on the front and pink discoloration on white areas. See pics.
