This sleeveless sweatshirt is from English rock band The Who's 1982 American Tour. This was billed as the band's farewell tour, as the band's lead guitarist, Pete Townshend, wanted to stop touring. The group, originally comprised of Townshend, lead singer Roger Daltrey, bass player John Entwistle, and drummer Keith Moon, was still recovering from the death of Moon in 1978. Drummer Kenny Jones was brought in to replace Moon on the band's next few albums and tours. The 1982 tour featured the band The Clash as support and was sponsored by Schlitz Brewing Company. The band broke up in 1983, but have had several reunions since then.
This sweatshirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium.
This sweatshirt is distressed with holes and spots throughout. See pics.
