This sweet shirt celebrates Wings Over the Smokies, a motorcycle rally that used to serve as the North Carolina state rally for the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. The GWRRA was an organization dedicated to motorcyclists that rode Honda Gold Wing and Valkyrie bikes. It was founded in 1977, and eventually shut down after 45 years. However after the dissolution of the GWRRA, the tradition of the Wings Over the Smokies rally was upheld by a new group, the Eagle Wings Motorcycle Association.

Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There are some light spots and small hole on the back and near the left sleeve when wearing, see pics.
