Also known as the Knoxville International Energy Exposition, the fair had the theme of Energy Turns the World, and many exhibits were focused around energy and electricity generation. Some of the innovations that were featured included an early rendition of the cordless phone, one-hour processing from Kodak, flavored Coca-Cola, and solar powered housing.
