This cool band tee is for the group 311, and it commemorates their self-titled third studio album, which has often been referred to as the Blue Album. Released in 1995, this album contained some of the band's most commercially successful singles, including "Don't Stay Home", "Down", and "All Mixed Up". The album was the start of the group's mainstream breakthrough, and their popularity was boosted by heavy airplay on the radio and on MTV. The Blue Album was followed by Transistor in 1997, which became certified platinum just like its predecessor.

311 continued recording and performing into the 21st century, and they even released an album in 2024, titled Full Bloom. The group's unique numerical name is actually a reference to standard police codes. After a friend was arrested for skinny dipping, the band decided to name themselves after the code for indecent exposure.
