This amazing shirt features spooky glow in the dark graphics celebrating the seminal horror punk band the Misfits. The front, back, and sleeves of this tee are all decorated to look like the body of a sinister skeleton, one of the band's favorite motifs.

Pioneers of the death rock genre, the Misfits first emerged in New Jersey in the late 70s. They gained a small but dedicated following during their original tenure, with hits like "London Dungeon", "Attitude", "Last Caress", and "Halloween",  but it actually wasn't until after the group disbanded that they gained significant mainstream success. 

After going their separate ways, former lead singer, Glenn Danzig hit it big with his other bands Samhain and Danzig. Fans became curious about the singer's past projects, which led to the release of the compilation album Legacy of Brutality in 1985. The album reintroduced the band to a wider audience, but it also led to some lengthy legal battles between the former band members. In the end, it was agreed that Jerry Only and Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein would be allowed to continue performing under the Misfits name, but they would share merchandising rights with Danzig. 

This shirt was made in the 90s, when Misfits fans were treated to new albums both with and without Danzig's vocals. The group's unreleased debut album, Static Age finally hit the shelves in 1996, and it was followed by American Psycho, the first album with Michale Graves on lead vocals.
