This awesome double-sided tee is for the "Prince of Darkness" himself, Ozzy Osbourne. This English heavy metal singer first rose to fame as the founding vocalist for the band Black Sabbath. Ozzy was eventually dismissed from the group due to his substance abuse, but he managed to launch a successful solo career. This shirt is copyright 1996, which was the year that Osbourne developed what would grow into a popular music festival tour called Ozzfest.

The first Ozzfest was just a two-day festival staged in Phoenix, Arizona and Devore, California. Ozzfest had been the creation of Ozzy's wife and manager Sharon, who had tried to get her husband on the festival circuit only to be rebuffed by Lollapalooza. Ozzfest catered to metal fans, and it helped many up-and-coming groups gain a larger audience. The success of the 1996 Ozzfest led to the event becoming an annual occurrence, and in 1998 it even went international with dates in the UK. Some bands which have been featured at the fest include System of a Down, Pantera, Incubus, Disturbed, Slipknot, Slayer, Type O Negative, Tool, and Megadeth.
