This sweet shirt honors the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia. The shirt also includes an awesome piece of optical art featuring eye-popping shades of neon green and neon orange. The origins of the graphic are unknown, although it does match another apparel graphic from the 90s advertising something called "The Electric Eye". Outside of photodetectors and the 1982 Judas Priest song, perhaps the best known electric eye was an all-ages music venue in Atlanta, Georgia that used to be popular in the 60s and 70s. However it's hard to tell if that venue or any other electric eye references have any relation to this tee.
