This sweet shirt celebrates the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers University-New Brunswick. New Brunswick is the oldest of Rutgers' three regional campuses in New Jersey, dating all the way back to 1766, when the school was first founded as Queen's College. Rutgers is also celebrated as the "birthplace of college football", as they hosted the first ever intercollegiate game in 1869.
