This sweet v-neck t-shirt was made by Cartoon Network in the 90s and it features one of the most beloved talking dogs asking, "Are You Talkin' to Me?" This shirt celebrates Scooby Doo, the title character of one of  Hanna-Barbera's most popular creations. The original Scooby cartoon, titled Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! premiered in 1969 and since then there have been a variety of animated series, made-for-TV movies, and live action feature films, centering around the Scooby Gang.

During the 90s, the first of many direct-to-video movies starring Scooby was released, Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island. In 1999, Cartoon Network also premiered a surprisingly faithful spoof of the horror classic The Blair Witch Project. The 17 minute long television special aired during a marathon of the original 60s cartoon, and depicted the Scooby Gang parodying the events of the film.
