This vintage tee pays tribute to the infamously crass and often surprisingly clever cartoon series, South Park, which was created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker. This shirt illustrates one of the most iconic recurring gags of the show's early seasons, the repeated deaths of one of the four central characters, Kenny McCormick. Particularly during the earlier episodes, Kenny's death was often followed by his friend Stan exclaiming, "Oh my God! They killed Kenny!" to which Kyle would respond, "You bastards!". 

While Kenny's recurring deaths were at first simply treated as a running gag that had little effect on the show's canon, they were later used to introduce some more meta humor and creative plotlines into the series. A great example is the season nine episode "Best Friends Forever", when Kenny's death was used to satirize the controversy surrounding the Terri Schiavo Case involving an unresponsive woman on life support. This episode actually earned South Park its first ever Emmy Award.
