This sweet shirt reps the alternative metal band System of a Down, and it pays tribute to one of their most memorable albums, Toxicity. Their second studio album, Toxicity was released in the Fall of 2001, and it topped the charts in both the US and Canada. It featured three singles, that all made it onto the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and they were the title track, "Aerials", and possibly the band's best know song, "Chop Suey".
Toxicity debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 just days before the September 11th attacks, which led to some controversy surrounding the single "Chop Suey". It was placed on list made by Clear Channel Radio of songs deemed inappropriate post-9/11, thanks mainly to the lyric, "I don't think you trust in my self-righteous suicide". However this did nothing to deter the song's popularity, and its music video still received regular air play on MTV.
Fits like a modern unisex adult oversized large. There is some light discoloration around the collar, see pics.
