Located on College Hill in the Lehigh Valley, Lafayette is a private liberal arts college which also has a small satellite campus in New York City. The school was named after the American Revolution hero General Lafayette who toured the United States from 1824-1825. The college is considered a Hidden Ivy as well as one of the Northeast's Little Ivies. The school colors are maroon and white, which is reflected in the shirt. The school has 23 athletic teams which participate in NCAA Division I sports under the nickname the Leopards.
