This grrrreat 60s tee features Kellogg's Frosted Flakes and the mascot for the breakfast cereal, Tony the Tiger. The graphic shows an early version of Tony on a box of the cereal, with the phrase, "I'm sugar frosted," printed below.

Frosted Flakes held a competition in 1952 to decide on their new mascot; it was between Tony the Tiger, Katy the Kangaroo, Elmo the Elephant, and Newt the Gnu. Early versions of Tony, designed by Martin Provenson, showed the tiger walking on all fours, with a football-shaped head, and his signature red handkerchief. The distinct voice behind Tony was Thurl Ravenscroft, who also voiced the Grinch.

The version of Tony where he walks upright and has a human physique did not appear until the 1970s, when it was also revealed that Tony was Italian-American.
