This awesome vintage tee bears the logo for Albatross Productions, a rock production company that was started in the 70s by Ken Kinnear and based out of Seattle, Washington. Kinnear had previous experience booking live musical performances for the club he owned called Judge Roy Beans. Kinnear also spent time promoting several notable bands before they struck it big, including Bachman Turner Overdrive, Supertramp, and Heart. Kinnear was also asked to eventually become the manager for Heart.

Albatross Productions didn't just manage, produce, and promote musical acts, but they also were the annual sponsors of the Puget Sound Music Awards in Seattle. Albatross managed to promote over 200 shows a year featuring some of the most prominent musical artists of the time. Their shows focused around rock and roll but they also promoted artists spanning over other genres like pop and jazz. Just some of the bands and artists promoted by the company included the New York Dolls, David Bowie, Judas Priest, America, and Blue Oyster Cult.
