This super soft yellow t-shirt is from the Chicago music festival known as Chicagofest. It was an annual music festival held at Navy Pier and it featured food vendors, arcades, and roller disco in addition to impressive live musical acts. Some of the different bands and musicians showcased over time included The Beach Boys, Willie Nelson, The Doobie Brothers, Muddy Waters, Journey, REO Speedwagon, The Blues Brothers, Charlie Daniels Band, Alice Coopeer, Iron Maiden, Carl Perkins, Cheap Trick, Aretha Franklin, and Frank Sinatra. The festival began in 1978 and it continued until its last year in 1983.

The festival grounds included a 30,000 seat main stage as well as 16 other stage areas that seated anywhere from 2,500 to 5,000. The grounds also housed a cinema where the premiere of The Buddy Holly Story was shown.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There are two small repairs on the back bottom, see pics.
