This cool double-sided black shirt is from the 70s and is for the blues rock band Grand Funk Railroad and their tenth studio album Born To Die. The album was released in 1976 and has been called one of the band's more somber albums and features a darker musical tone and lyrics about death, politics, and personal relationships. The album's title track was written by the band's vocalist Mark Farmer about his cousin, who died in a motorcycle accident. It did have some lighter songs as well though, such as the upbeat pop single "Sally" which was written about Farmer's love interest at the time, singer and actress Sally Kellerman.
