This sweet 70s tee is from the Finnish sports brand Karhu, formerly knownn as Karhu-Titan (1972-1997). The word Kardu means "bear" in Finnish. Today the brand is licensed to several different manufacturers.

In 2008, Karhu Sporting Goods sold the Karhu brand to a Dutch holding company led by Jay Duke and Huub Valkenburg. The holding company is named Karhu Holding B.V. They produce Karhu branded running shoes. Their main line of running shoes is based on their "Fulcrum Technology" developed with collaboration with the University of Jyväskylä.

Since selling the Karhu brand to Karhu Holding B.V., Karhu Sporting Goods has undergone several name changes such as Karhu Ski and Kitee Ski and focused on manufacturing and selling Karhu branded skis. In addition to selling Karhu skis in Finland, they export skis to Japan, Germany, Sweden, and Estonia.

Tag says large, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. Deadstock, unworn.
