This short sleeve sweatshirt ringer is from the 70s claymation cartoon Mr. Bill which aired on SNL from 1976 through the 80s.  Mr. Bill is a figurine clown made of clay, and is of a parody of children's shows, created by Walter Williams. Mr. Bill got its first start on Saturday Night Live (Season 1, Episode 15) as a Super 8 film submission. In 1978, Walter Williams became a full-time writer for SNL, writing over 20 sketches based on Mr. Bill. 

This sweatshirt has an iron-on graphic and is short sleeve.  There are some very light spots near the hem.  The shirt will fit an adult small.
