This sweatshirt is from the 1971 World Series when the Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Baltimore Orioles in 7 games.  Game 7 was particularly dramatic with the Pirates winning on the road.  Roberto Clemente, the series MVP, hit a solo home run in the 4th and pitcher Steve Blass pitched a 1-run complete game to close out the series.

This shirt has a black ringer with black around the shoulders and cuffs and says "World Champs Pittsburgh Pirates" and the back has Roberto Clement's number 21.  There are some bleach stains on the black band in the back.  The shirt is a small or a medium.
