This awesome gray vintage  ringer is a souvenir from Alcatraz Island, off the coast of San Francisco.  Alcatraz, which was nicknamed "the rock", was the site of a notorious prison that housed a number of famous criminals like Al Capone, Robert Stroud, "The Birdman of Alcatraz", Machine Gun Kelly and many others.  Closed in 1963, the prison has become a tourist destination and a whole line of merchandise has been designed to capitalize on the famous prison.  This shirt says "Property of Alcatraz" with an inmate number on the bottom, meant to look like a prison shirt.
