VR-52 was a US Navy Reserve squadron and many of its personnel provided vital military support, while also maintaining their civilian careers.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eVR-52 completed a variety of air logistics missions for the Navy and Marine Corps, and they were based in New Jersey at the Naval Air Station Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst for several decades, before they were de-established in 2012.
