This is an amazing, deadstock adidas shirt from the 80s! The front of the shirt commemorates Bob Wieland's Walk for Hunger Across America that began in 1983 and finished in 1986. He was a Vietnam veteran who had lost both of his legs to a landmine and made the 3-year and 8-month trek across the country on his hands to raise money to feed homeless vets and to raise awareness about their plight. Adidas was a sponsor of his walk and the back of the shirt features a beautiful rainbow trefoil adidas logo. This is a rare and awesome vintage t-shirt!
