This white and red ringer t-shirt features the text "Be a Pepper" slogan across, which was used in Dr. Pepper advertisements in the late 70s and earlier 80s. The long-running ad campaign launched in 1977 and featured actor David Naughton, as well as artists Michael Jackson and the Jacksons, Chic, The Statler Brothers, Tanya Tucker, the Little River Band and Popeye the Sailor Man. The ad campaign was named the third most popular in the United Stated in 1980. J.C. Penney also launched a collection of sportswear and accessories featuring the "I'm a Pepper" or "Be a Pepper" logo in 1980, which is likely where the shirt originated.

This shirt fits a modern unisex adult medium.

Repair on the bottom and small spots on the front, see pics.
