This awesome double-sided shirt is for the rock singer Billy Idol and it commemorates his 1987 North American Return To Splendor Tour. Billy Idol first started playing music in the 70s with various bands. He didn't start his solo career until 1981 and he didn't achieve major success until 1982 when he released his hit songs "Dancing With Myself" and " White Wedding".

In 1986 he released his third studio album Whiplash Smile and the Return to Splendor tour was launched to help promote the release. following the success of his previous album Rebel Yell, Idol continued to collaborate with producer Keith Forsey and guitarist Steve Stevens. Whiplash Smile peaked at number six on the billboard 200 and featured the singles "Don't Need a Gun", "Sweet Sixteen", "Soul Standing By", and "To Be a Lover".
