This cool double-sided new wave t-shirt is for the band Culture Club featuring Boy George Roy Hat, Mike Craig, and Jon Moss. The shirt features a sweet portrait of George and his unique style on the front and it is from around the time they released their second studio album Colour by Numbers in 1983. The release was preceded by the hit single "Karma Chameleon" which made it to the top of the charts in several countries. The album reached number one in the UK and it also featured the singles "Church of the Poison Mind", "Victims", "Miss Me Blind", and "It's a Miracle".
Culture Club was considered part of the Second British Invasion featuring British new wave groups that gained popularity in the United States largely thanks to the cable music channel MTV. Colour by Numbers helped the group to win the 1984 Brit Award for Best Group and the Grammy Award for Best New Artist. During their acceptance speak George said, "Thanks America, you've got style, you've got taste, and you know a good drag queen when you see one".
Fits like a modern unisex adult extra small.
