This awesome double-sided tee is from David Lee Roth's Eat 'Em and Smile Tour in 1986, his first of only two solo tours after leaving Van Halen in 1985. The tour also featured musicians Steve Vai, Billy Sheehan, and Gregg Bissonette.

The Eat 'Em and Smile Tour setlist was comprised of Roth's solo songs, as well as some Van Halen favorites, including, Unchained, Panama, and On Fire. Critics described the album, and consecutive tour, as "trashy fun," incomparable to the height of Van Halen.
