80s Dio Sacred Heart Tour 1985 Denzil Dragon t-shirt Medium

Chest: 19 in.

Length: 24.5 in.

Content: 100% cotton

Tag Brand: Hanes

This band tee is a souvenir from Dio's 1985 tour promoting their third studio album Sacred Heart. The graphic features the sick cover art, showcasing Denzil the dragon wearing his devilish grin. It's been loved on since the 80s, giving it the perfect amount of wear and fade. Very cool vintage feel.

Sacred Heart was Dio's last album that included guitarist Vivian Campbell. He was let go halfway through the tour due to riff-raff with lead singer Ronnie Dio.

The tour carried on, promoting what became their most well-known album thanks for tracks like "Hungry for Heaven" and "Rock 'n' Roll Children." The elaborate light shows and mechanical dragon was another awesome component to these shows. It was all captured on VHS and titled Sacred Heart: "The Video."

Tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. Fading on the front, see pic.
